The gourmet version of the traditional cream caramel. Soft, creamy, and with a rich, full flavour. Handmade according to a secret recipe from 1894.
Ingredients:
Glucose syrup, condensed milk (milk, sugar), water, sugar, hardened vegetable fat (palm kernel - rspo mass balance), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), salt, flavouring. May contain traces of nuts.
