How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the weight and delivery method. You can see the exact shipping costs at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries in Europe.

We ship to the following countries:

Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Netherlands & France.

Can I return my order?
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of return, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received.

Please note that the right of return does not apply to food items, as these are exempt according to current legislation.

A fee of DKK 39 will be charged for returns, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you wish to exercise your right of return, please contact us before returning the item.

What should I do if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with a picture of the product and the packaging so we can find a solution.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order. Unfortunately, if it has already been dispatched, we cannot make any changes.

Are your sweets handmade?
Yes! Our sweets are produced using traditional methods by hand.

Do your sweets contain allergens?

Are your sweets sugar-free?
No, we do not have sugar-free sweets in our assortment.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we have two physical stores where you can experience our cozy shop atmosphere, our handmade candies, and find lots of inspiration for gifts.
