Based on a rum distilled in Jamaica and subsequently refined on Fanø. The refinement consists of a two-stage aging process. First, the rum is aged with natural ingredients such as Fanø Heather Honey, sea buckthorn, and Madagascar vanilla. After this, it is aged further in port wine casks.

Havfruen

Sweet and aromatic.

Won a bronze medal in the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2019.

Polished nose. On the palate grape and candy. Good rum base, with a well balanced sweetness

Robust and spicy.

Won a silver medal in the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2019

Spicy on the nose. Dried fruits and caramel apple on the palate. A good balance of spices and sugar leading to a lovely rum base.
