Our rum ball caramel bar is a loving interpretation of a true Danish classic. We've based it on our popular handmade chocolate caramel and added everything we love about a good rum ball: intense cocoa, a hint of rum, and the round, deep flavor that makes the rum ball irresistible – even for those who claim they don't eat it.
Here you get handmade caramel from Bornholm, made with care and tradition – based on a refined recipe from 1894 and produced in small batches in our caramel production in Rønne, Bornholm.
Perfect as a sweet treat with coffee, a small gift, or when you just want to indulge yourself with something that tastes of both nostalgia and innovation.
