KOCHBLUME - Basting brush anthracite grey

The pastry brush from Kochblume is 24 cm long and has a narrow brush head. The brush has an inner core of stainless spring steel and an outer layer of food-grade silicone. The combination of these materials makes Kochblume's utensils more flexible and durable. Furthermore, it also makes the utensils suitable for high temperatures, up to 260 degrees Celsius. This means, for example, that you can leave your utensils on a hot pan without damaging the pan or the utensil. The brush is BPA-free and dishwasher-safe.
