35 cl – ABV: 41.5%.
Distilled in Jamaica and subsequently refined on Fanø. The refinement consists of a two-stage aging process. First aged with natural flavorings (including Fanø heather honey, sea buckthorn, and Madagascar vanilla), after which it is post-aged in port wine casks.
HAVFRUEN won a bronze medal in the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2019.
Polished nose. On the palate grape and candy. Good [...] base, with a well-balanced sweetness.
