Distilled in Jamaica and subsequently refined on Fanø. The refinement consists of a two-stage maturation. First aged with natural flavorings (including Fanø Heather Honey, sea buckthorn, and Madagascar vanilla), after which it is post-aged in port wine barrels.
SØHESTEN is extra sweet. The taste is round and balanced with sweet notes of vanilla, muscovado, and bitter orange.
HAVMANDEN won a silver medal in the International Wine & Spirit competition 2019.
