With English family traditions and a refined version of a secret recipe from 1894, we have been producing handmade caramels in Gudhjem and Rønne since 2004.

Ingredients:
Glucose syrup, condensed milk (milk, sugar), chocolate - minimum 35% cocoa solids (sugar, cocoa butter, sweetmilkpowder, cocoa mass, soylecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, water, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel - rspo mass balance), liquorice extract (3%), colour: vegetable carbon, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides), ammonium chloride, liquorice powder, salt, natural flavouring. May contain traces of sesameseeds, peanuts, nuts.
