Since Etly opened her own farm shop in 1986, she has created more than 300 different gnome and troll designs. Etly Klarborg designs her gnomes with her heart and with inspiration from small children and babies, and the classic Danish Christmas. "Hygge", love, respect, play, and fantasy are some of the words Etly uses in her design process and is inspired by when a new design is born.
